Philip Brown is President and CEO of Phoenix Mecano Inc., a global leader in the electronic enclosure and industrial components segments. Phoenix Mecano is the North American sales and value-added manufacturer of the Phoenix Mecano Group. Before moving to Maryland, he worked as Managing Director of Phoenix Mecano Ltd, UK.
Philip is also the President of Okin America Inc., a North American product subsidiary located in Mississippi and he serves on the Group Leadership Committee for the Phoenix Mecano managing group office located in Switzerland.
Currently, Philip is a member of the Orion Technologies, LLC Board of Directors. Orion specializes in single board computers (SBC) as well as full system design and development.
Prior to Phoenix Mecano Inc., he was General Manager of UK Solenoid Ltd, a manufacturer of Kraus & Naimer cam switches, disconnectors, and control technology.
Early in Philip’s career, he served 11-years in the Royal Navy as a Chief Marine Engineer in the Submarine Service. He served onboard HMS Battleaxe, HMS Warspite, and HMS Tireless.
Philip’s wife, Ann, and their three children relocated to the USA in 2006 and his family became US Citizens back in 2013. Philip has immediate family overseas located both in the UK and Australia. The majority of his free time is spent with family and supporting his children’s extracurricular, athletic, and academic activities. Philip enjoys cricket and, when time allows, golfing.
Bruce Bator joined the Company in June 2008 as the Engineering Manager and was appointed the Engineering Director June 2014. Bruce’s most recent experience was with CertainTeed, a local manufacturing company, where he served as the Process Engineering Manager. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree in conjunction with over twenty-five (25) years of engineering experience. Bruce was awarded US Patent 6,230,585 for development of transmission solenoid bracket family.
LeeAnne Pacheco joined Phoenix Mecano in May of 2010 as the Inside Sales Manager for Rose+Krieger. In 2016 she was promoted to Inside Sales Manager to include all three brands - Rose, Bopla and Rose+Krieger. LeeAnne has a BSBA in Business from East Carolina University. Previously, LeeAnne was with Thermo Fisher Scientific for 25 years, working with the Domestic and International Sales Team travelling to Germany, England, China, Hong Kong, Korea and Japan. LeeAnne’s daughter recently graduated from college and moved to Alabama, while her son will soon start his sophomore year at college in Ohio. She’s enjoying the quiet house and has more time to spend at the gym, sailing and chasing her two dogs.
