Masking
In preparation for painting, powder coating, or RFI shielding, our experienced team masks each enclosure by hand to minimize rejects, spot potential problems, keep coatings off sensitive areas, and ensure rapid turnaround on prototypes and production quantities.
Powder Coating
When superior protection in the harshest outdoor environments is critical, our powder coating capabilities allow us to quickly and easily paint enclosures to your requirements using Federal Standard 595A colors, RAL colors, or other custom colors.
Painting
Whether you prefer the finish provided by a more conventional paint or something more aesthetically bold, our Rose Industrial Enclosures and Bopla Electronic Enclosures can be painted to your specific needs; in various color options.
RFI/EMC Shield Coating
When success relies on the performance of mission-critical electrical and electronic systems, you need protection you can depend on. Our RFI/EMC coatings are sprayed on plastic or fiberglass housings to protect against radio frequency interference or radiation. We use both copper- and nickel-based systems, which allows us to use coatings to meet customer-specific shielding requirements. We also install RFI gaskets on request.
