When Phoenix Mecano’s California office was still in its early stages in 2009, Candice Rincon was one of the first team members helping shape its day-to-day operations.
Since then, both Candice’s role and the California location have continued to evolve—reflecting steady growth built on experience, collaboration, and a strong focus on customer support.
Candice joined Phoenix Mecano in a technical sales role, supporting customers with product questions and order processing. As the California office expanded, her responsibilities grew alongside it. Today, as a Senior Account Manager, she supports key accounts and contributes practical product insight to complex customer applications. Her experience allows her to provide valuable perspective not only to customers, but also to colleagues across the organization.
“With my role now, it’s about supporting key accounts while also supporting the team,” Candice explains. “Having been here for a long time gives you insight into how products are applied and how customer needs change. That perspective helps when working through challenges together.”
The California office has grown steadily over the years, expanding its team and capabilities. Phoenix Mecano is now preparing to introduce RK Rose+Krieger assembly and stocking capabilities on the West Coast, further strengthening local support for customers. Candice has witnessed each phase of this growth firsthand.
A key part of Phoenix Mecano’s culture, Candice notes, is the emphasis on relationship-building and trust. Over time, customer interactions grow into long-term partnerships shaped by a shared understanding of applications, expectations, and real-world needs. That same collaborative mindset is reflected internally, where knowledge-sharing and mentorship are part of everyday work.
Married with three children, Candice is now entering a new personal chapter that allows her to pursue additional education. She views returning to school as an opportunity for continued growth—supported by a workplace culture that values learning, curiosity, and development.
As both Candice and the California office continue to grow, her story reflects Phoenix Mecano’s long-term commitment to its people, its customers, and its evolving presence on the West Coast.
