Camila Deyton joined Phoenix Mecano in 2022 as an IT Intern and quickly proved herself as a strong contributor. She holds a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Hood College and a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Potiguar. She previously served as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer and recently transitioned into the role of Digital Technology Manager, leading the IT department where she leads automation initiatives, optimizes systems, and drives data-informed decision-making across the company.
Camila’s background spans engineering, data analysis, and technology, enabling her to work across functions and deliver reliable insights and scalable digital solutions. She is passionate about continuous improvement and focused on helping teams operate more efficiently while making confident, data-backed decisions.
