Camila Deyton joined Phoenix Mecano in 2022 as an IT Intern and quickly proved herself as a strong contributor. She holds a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Hood College and a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Potiguar. She previously served as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer and recently transitioned into the role of Digital Technology Manager, leading the IT department where she leads automation initiatives, optimizes systems, and drives data-informed decision-making across the company.
