Neha Mahajan is a strategic stakeholder leader at Phoenix Mecano. Working with the triage mindset and communication, she manages multiple internal and external stakeholders. She joined Phoenix Mecano in 2017 & has 15 years of diverse ERP/IT (Enterprise Resource Planning) International experience. Her current leadership role is central to overall strategy and business performance.
Mahajan holds a bachelor’s degree in computer applications and a master’s in computer management. Her mindset is structured to be agile and alert to Strategic opportunities and change, centered to the people and business processes. She’s always ready for change, automation, and continuous improvements in the business process & describes as being “at the center of the ‘future of work.” Her favorite quote is Albert Einstein’s, “The measure of intelligence is the ability to change.”
